This is our fiber laser cutting machine
The compact design of MVD's fiber laser cutting system does not require complete disassembly for transportation. All components of the machine, the laser source, the cutting head and the complex control system always remain connected. As a result, the machine easily fits into standard trucks and requires significantly less space compared to other fiber laser cutting systems. The user-friendly operation does not require long installation times and enables easy maintenance thanks to easily accessible side covers.
For easy visual control, the cutting head is equipped with directly readable LED status indicators:
Current state of the motor system
Current temperature of the cutting head
Status of contamination and glass heat in the cutting head
Automatic height adjustment
A sophisticated capacitive sensor installed in the cutting head enables the desired cutting height to be maintained at all times. As a result, all cuts are executed with consistently high quality over the entire length of the sheet.
Always in focus
The automatic focus system allows the focal length to be adjusted for different material thicknesses and types. The focus system is controlled via the CNC unit and can automatically adjust the focal length as needed - even during the cutting process.
Smart status transfer via app
The Precitec App offers a simple way to monitor the current status of the laser cutting machine. You can thus keep an eye on all relevant status displays, such as cutting head temperature, pressure and back reflections, regardless of location.
Full control over the advanced CNC control
The laser cutting system enables CNC control according to ESA or LYNCA via a 21-inch touchscreen. The user interface has been designed to be particularly user-friendly. Thanks to the integrated camera detection system, the machine provides a detailed insight at any time. Thus, you can monitor the work process in real time and know what is going on inside and outside the machine.

CAD/CAM software options
The control can be done via IPG as well as via OMI. When using multi-part data sets, automatic nesting is possible via Libellula or Lantek options. Both manual and automatic nesting are designed for maximum efficiency. The optimized nesting algorithm minimizes waste through optimal material utilization. Even nesting on offcut sheets that have already been used is possible. The system offers functions for geometric work, manual and/or semi-automatic alignment, as well as backward movements, shifting and copying of work steps.
Precision, high speed and maximum stability
The fiber laser of our laser cutting machine has automatic cutting path determination, can analyze time and cost, and fully simulate cutting operations before execution.
Data can be imported or exported via Smart Part using common CAD file formats. Supported formats include DXF, DWG, IGES and Step.
The different input and output methods enable customer-specific markings and individual piercing options. The configuration and management of internal and external contour types as well as the use of common cut, micro joint and insertion parameters are of course fully supported.
