Depending on the requirements of our customers, we implement our automation solutions with specialized Kuka robot systems, among others. Our services range from planning, commissioning and programming, expansion of existing systems to the replacement of obsolete systems. Of course, a reliable maintenance service for Kuka, ABB, Panasonic and Reis Robotics is also part of our offer.

Flexibility, quality and cost efficiency - our welding robots meet all requirements

In addition to special automation solutions for arc welding with payloads from 6 to 22 kilograms, our portfolio of robots also includes industrial robots with reaches of up to 3,100 mm. Two designs are available for this purpose - either the proven central manual robot or the hollow shaft robot. Depending on your individual requirements, we equip the systems with suitable positioning and linear units. We offer a flexible, high-performance complete solution in line with the requirements of Industry 4.0.

Positioners for robotic systems

The positioners in our portfolio are available with payloads from 250 kg to 12 tons. Thus, an individual solution can be found for almost every industrial and commercial automation.

Linear units expand the functionality of your welding robots

Linear units allow you to add another motion axis to your industrial robot. This significantly increases the robot's working range and enables more flexible applications. The linear units are controlled by the same components as the robot controller, allowing them to be integrated seamlessly into your robot system without additional equipment.

Each linear unit allows the use of up to four industrial robots. They are available in different sizes and payload classes.

How does a welding robot improve your productivity?

  • A welding robot performs work with a repeatability in the range of 1/100 mm. This allows the quality of your welds to be significantly increased and maintained in series production.

  • A robot not only works more precisely, but also considerably faster than any human. As a result, you can increase the frequency of work and output.

  • Once the components of the system have been programmed, loading can be handled by semi-skilled assistants as part of the Cobot concept.

  • Our welding robots can also be optimized for the economical production of individual parts according to customer requirements. Thanks to variable parameters, individual components derived from high-volume programs can be used by the welding robot controller as required. No new programming is required for this, which minimizes the manual workload. Perfect for suppliers of Industry 4.0 products.

What options does a welding robot offer?

  • Our welding robots clean the welding torches automatically thanks to wire cutter and release agent spray unit.

  • The calibration of the welding torch also runs automatically thanks to integrated TCP (Tool Center Point) measurement and ensures consistent quality in the welding results.

  • Flexibility: Simply switch the torch from MIG/MAG to TIG if required

  • To compensate for component fluctuations, we rely on the proven touch sensor system in the gas nozzle search process.

  • Active web guidance during the welding process is also important in many cases and compensates for large component tolerances. For this purpose, we use a special camera system from our cooperation partner Wenglor.

  • Our welding robots work with all common power sources, for example Fronius CMT or Lorch Robomig XT.

  • The simultaneous work of several robots on one component allows the production speed to be increased even further for complex requirements.

Flexible PLC programming of welding robots with Lasaco Dynamics

Our in-house PLC software Lasaco Dynamics has been specially adapted to the requirements of modern welding systems for Industry 4.0. Regardless of whether you use systems from Kuka, ABB, Reis Robotics or Panasonic - Lasaco Dynamics integrates all functions from the control of the welding fixture to the shifting of welding seams. The simple operation of the welding robot is further optimized by the visualization of the insertion processes into the welding fixture. Functions that are not available can be implemented at any time thanks to the open system architecture - even at a later date.

Collaborative robot or cobot - your most reliable employee comes from us

Our cooperation partner Lorch is specialized in the production of so-called cobot systems. These are collaborative robot systems that are manufactured by Lorch in MIG/MAG or TIG design. The easy programming of the systems, which ensures short training times, is to be emphasized.
